Promotion of workers’ health and workplace as a ‘health-creating place’

With ‘Michelin Italia’ group, we have designed a corporate welfare intervention meant firstly to assess workers’ health needs and secondly to implement activities answering priority health issues. Our assessment revealed that most employees do not follow healthy nutrition practices.
Hence, CCM has engaged a nutritionist and a health promotion expert to organize a ‘safe-nutrition’ module, targeting small groups of employees working in Alessandria factory.
